Job Title: Temp-to-Hire Recruiter

Location: 100% Onsite – West Palm Beach, FL
Pay Rate: $20–$24/hour
Employment Type: Temporary to Hire

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Recruiter to join our team onsite in West Palm Beach. This temp-to-hire position offers the opportunity to make a direct impact on talent acquisition efforts while growing into a long-term role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of roles across departments.

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

  • Manage job postings, candidate pipelines, and applicant tracking systems.

  • Conduct reference checks and coordinate onboarding processes.

  • Maintain accurate records and reports related to recruitment activities.

  • Represent the company professionally at job fairs and networking events.

Qualifications
  • 1–2 years of recruiting experience preferred (agency or corporate).

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems.

  • High level of professionalism and discretion.

Pay Details: $20.00 to $24.00 per hour
