Job Description
We’re partnering with a client in search of a motivated and resourceful Recruiter to join their team on a temp-to-hire basis. This is a full-cycle recruiting role focused on sourcing and placing candidates across a variety of roles and departments. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, using multiple sourcing tools, and building strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates alike.
Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through offer acceptance
Use a variety of platforms and tools to identify and engage candidates at all levels
Conduct phone screens, coordinate interviews, and support hiring managers throughout the process
Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system and ensure compliance with hiring procedures
Represent the company professionally while working on-site and interacting with internal teams
Qualifications
At least 2 years of prior recruiting experience
Familiarity with sourcing tools, job boards, and applicant tracking systems
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Interest in long-term growth and development within the recruiting field
