Recruiter
LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a Recruiter with 4 or more years of experience in a similar role. This is a great Temp opportunity within the Healthcare industry located in West Islip, NY.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for clinical and non-clinical roles
- Post job openings on various platforms and maintain a strong online presence
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate qualifications
- Coordinate interviews with department heads and hiring managers
- Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
- Build relationships with nursing schools, job fairs, and community organizations to support ongoing recruitment efforts
- Monitor staffing needs and collaborate with HR and department leaders to forecast hiring requirements
Qualifications:
- Proficient with Excel, and ATS
Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in an administrative or receptionist role
- Healthcare experience preferred
Employment Type: Temp
Salary: $30-45/hr
Pay Details: $30.00 to $45.00 per hour
