Administrative Assistant Specialist/Inside Sales

Kitchen Tune-Up Houston Sugar Land is seeking an Administrative Assistant Specialist/Inside Sales to join our team offering kitchen and bath remodeling across the Greater Houston Area and surrounding communities. We offer unique custom products and services that are in strong demand with homeowners.

Job Duties

• Answer incoming calls by the third ring
• Track orders and delivery schedule of product
• Call leads as soon as they come in
• Print off invoices, proposals etc.
• Input, track and maintain notes in a CRM database.
• Help getting home shows ready
• Check orders as they are delivered for damage and they are correct
• Setting up email campaigns in CRM
• Getting supplies from local suppliers
• Schedule subcontractors for upcoming jobs
• Perform any other job duties that are required
• Showroom events and showroom management

Compensation: $17.00 per hour

Kitchen Tune-Up is independently owned and operated by a franchisee. Your application will go directly to the franchisee, and all hiring decisions will be made by the management of that franchise.
