We're looking for a Real Estate Acquisition Consultant to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for buying and selling homes, following up on leads, valuing properties, estimating repairs, and closing deals. No prior real estate experience is required—just a strong passion for sales!
What You'll Do:
Follow up on leads to assess property values and identify acquisition opportunities.
Negotiate property purchases and sales to maximize profitability.
Conduct in-depth due diligence on all acquisitions and prepare contracts for approval.
Estimate repair costs and determine After Repair Value (ARV) and As-Is value.
Meet with homeowners to present and discuss purchase offers.
Collaborate with realtors, buyers, lenders, and title companies to ensure smooth closings.
About You:
You have 4+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of success.
You have been a top performer in previous sales roles (top 10% preferred).
You have excellent communication skills and are comfortable working in a remote setting.
You are tech-savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
You thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented sales environment.
A Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.
