Join our team as a Quality Inspector and play a key role in performing thorough inspections to ensure the quality of our firearms.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Receiving Inspection - Daily
  • Pull random samples from each shipment or production lot to ensure compliance with product/part
    requirements.
  • Product Inspections of Firearms, Air guns and Air soft products
• Dimensional inspection using various hand measuring equipment.
• Manufacturing quality audits
• Process non-conformance reports
• Assist in the material review board process
• Assist with corrective actions
• Assist with the new product testing as needed.
• Assist in corrective action process.
• Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

• High School diploma - Quality experience preferred.
• Experience in technical knowledge of firearms, air guns, and airsoft is a plus.
• Experience in quality inspections or testing to an ASTM or ISO standard is a plus.
• Experience with handheld measurement equipment.
• Ability to read and understand part drawing and specifications
• Must have good technical writing, mathematics, and sound computer skills.
• Good mechanical ability and aptitude.
• Must be organized and use time wisely.
• Must have the ability to operate air guns and firearms.
• Must interact effectively, and positively, with other departments and external suppliers/customers.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
