We are seeking a Quality and EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety) Manager to lead quality assurance and safety compliance for high-performance data center cabling and infrastructure projects. This individual will play a mission-critical role in ensuring project success by driving world-class standards in installation quality, regulatory compliance, and safety culture across complex environments.

✅ Key Responsibilities

🔍 Quality Assurance (QA/QC)

  • Develop and implement comprehensive QA/QC plans for cabling and infrastructure projects.
  • Ensure strict adherence to industry standards (ANSI/TIA-942, ISO, etc.) , client specs, and internal benchmarks.
  • Conduct regular inspections, testing , and commissioning validation across all project phases.
  • Maintain and manage quality documentation, including checklists, punch lists, NCRs , and corrective actions .
  • Collaborate with project engineers and technicians to resolve quality issues proactively and efficiently .

♻️ Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS)

  • Oversee the implementation of EHS programs , ensuring compliance with OSHA, NFPA , and other regional safety standards.
  • Conduct site safety audits, hazard assessments, and risk analyses .
  • Lead incident investigations , including root cause analysis and mitigation planning.
  • Promote a strong safety-first culture through training , awareness programs , and contractor engagement .
  • Prepare and present EHS metrics , dashboards, and reports to leadership and clients.

👥 Project Collaboration & Team Leadership

  • Participate in cross-functional project planning meetings as the voice of quality and safety.
  • Train, mentor, and supervise installation teams , technicians, and subcontractors on QA and EHS best practices.
  • Conduct onboarding and ongoing education sessions related to compliance, quality standards, and field safety .
  • Serve as a technical liaison between field operations, client teams, and senior management.

🔧 What You Bring

📡 Technical & Industry Knowledge

  • Deep expertise in structured cabling , fiber optic installations , and network infrastructure in data centers.
  • Familiarity with tools, testing equipment, and technologies used in enterprise-grade cabling systems.
  • Strong working knowledge of ANSI/TIA , BICSI , NEC , and relevant construction codes.

🛠 Quality & Safety Skills

  • Proven track record in developing and executing QA/QC frameworks in large-scale infrastructure projects.
  • Hands-on experience in managing audit programs, inspection protocols , and incident response .
  • Expertise in EHS regulations , including OSHA, NFPA 70E, and ISO 45001 standards.
  • Ability to work independently and confidently make data-driven decisions that impact safety and delivery.
