WHAT'S THE ROLE?

The ideal Project Administrator candidate is an organized and detail-oriented individual who is interested in learning our business and contributing to not only project management, but iEnet as a whole.

YOURPRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES AS AN IENET PROJECT ADMINSTRATOR:

  • Coordinate project management activities, resources, and information.
  • Shipping requests, new project setup, coordinate/support engineering team schedule, track expenses, coordinate/track training, document equipment warranties, etc.
  • Assist Project Managers on project actions and schedules.
  • Assist with budgets, billing including risk and issue management.
  • Support of project procurement.
  • Monitor project progress and internal reporting.
  • Internal point of contact to communicate project status to all participants.
  • Develop/Use tools to monitor working hours, plans and expenditures.
  • Manage all appropriate legal paperwork (e.g. contracts, NDA’s, etc).
  • General support to the Executive Assistant to ensure a smooth working environment; includes coordinating supply orders, kitchen restocking, event setup assistance, and other administrative or office related tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven work experience as a Project Administrator or similar role
  • Strong organizational, time-management and multitasking skills.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams.
  • Working knowledge of energy, utility, transportation and/or oil and gas industries a plus.
  • ERP experience a plus.
  • BS/BA in Business Administration or related field a plus.
