Intern

As an Intern at Lennox, you will be a part of a team of innovative and knowledgeable industry professionals. You can expect to participate in impactful, developmental projects designed for your specific area of focus. This role will focus on building roadmaps and business cases, conducting competitive research, analyzing customer feedback, and ensuring alignment on product scope, timelines, and KPIs. The intern will gain exposure to both hardware and software product management, supporting initiatives that shape Lennox's product strategy and enhance customer experience. This is approximately a 10 to 12-week program that will provide you with real work experiences to grow your career and provide exposure to business leaders throughout the company.

Successful interns will have the potential opportunity of joining Lennox Full-Time upon graduation. Relocation and/or travel may be required for your position.

What Do You Need To Succeed?

  • Pursuing a Masters degree in Product Management, Business, Finance, or Engineering
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Business and financial acumen with the ability to quantify impacts
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with or interest in data analytics tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams

What Will Give You An Edge?

  • Curiosity, adaptability, and willingness to learn new skills and technologies
  • Experience with financial modeling and design thinking principles
  • Knowledge of the HVAC or energy industry
  • Familiarity with UI/UX concepts and ability to think from the customer perspective
  • Demonstrated presence and confidence speaking in front of stakeholders

Requires enrollment at an accredited university. Developing professional knowledge in the area of expertise. Solid written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Compensation: This is an hourly non-exempt role. The starting pay range for this role and market is between $22.50-$25/hour. This rate is based on the intern's current year in their respective university programs. Graduate students may receive a higher rate of pay based on their year in school. Employees in this role are also eligible to earn overtime when they work more than 40 hours in a week (or as otherwise required by state law).
