Responsibilities:Identify and report suspected adverse drug reactions promptly and accurately.
Support formulary management through therapeutic interchange and rational drug selection.
Review patient medication profiles for allergies, interactions, and duplications while verifying orders.
Oversee daily operations and assist in supervising technicians, interns, and support staff.
Adhere to regulatory requirements, professional standards, and hospital quality policies.
Collaborate with physicians and nurses to clarify orders and ensure safe medication use.
Provide drug information and education to healthcare professionals and pharmacy students.
Utilize computer systems and technology to enhance pharmaceutical care.
Accurately fill prescriptions in compliance with state and federal laws.
Prepare and dispense IV admixture solutions using aseptic technique in sterile preparation areas
Graduate of an ACPE accredited College of Pharmacy, B.S in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree
Required : Current licensure as a pharmacist in practicing state
Hospital pharmacy experience preferred
