Personal Chauffeur to Senior Healthcare Executive
Based in Chapel Hill, NC, with regular travel to Winston-Salem and Charlotte.
Full-Time, Long-Term Engagement
Start Date: Summer 2025 preferred
This position provides dedicated, full-time driving support for a senior healthcare executive.The chauffeur will be responsible for ensuring safe, reliable, and confidential transportation primarily between Chapel Hill, Winston-Salem, and Charlotte, NC. The role requires a professional with a calm demeanor, high situational awareness, and a demonstrated history of chauffeur or private executive driving experience. The chauffeur will be an essential contributor to the safety and daily functioning of the executive’s schedule and responsibilities.
**Key Duties and Responsibilities:**
-Drive the executive between Chapel Hill, Winston-Salem (3–4 days/week), and Charlotte(1–2 days/week)
-Remain available throughout the day for intra-city transport, pickups, and return trips
-Ensure the executive’s personal vehicle (luxury minivan) is fueled, clean, and properly maintained
-Transport the vehicle for routine and emergency maintenance as needed
-Drive according to specified safety expectations and legal standards, prioritizing defensive and composed driving
-Maintain complete confidentiality regarding any overheard conversations or personal information
-Follow schedule changes with flexibility and maintain reliable communication as needed
**Required Qualifications:**
-Minimum 5 years of professional driving experience in a private, black car, or executive chauffeur setting
-Clean driving record and valid NC driver’s license
-Ability to pass a thorough background check and MVR review
-Strong knowledge of NC highways and city routes between Chapel Hill, Winston-Salem,and Charlotte
-Exceptional focus, emotional steadiness, and discretion
-Willingness to work a variable schedule including early mornings and occasional longdays
Guaranteed compensation for 52 weeks/year (including weeks when driving is not needed)
Use of client-provided vehicle
W-2 or 1099 employment structure to be determined based on final agreement
Position includes reserved availability, including weeks with limited or no driving
**Confidentiality & Professional Conduct:**
Due to the nature of the executive’s responsibilities, discretion, calm professionalism, and consistent adherence to safety protocols are essential components of this role.
