Job Description
I need someone to help me with two of my businesses for roughly 4-6 hours a week and it can be very flexible.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide computer assistance and administrative support to the owner.
Manage bookkeeping tasks, managing vendor relationships, and sending invoices.
Assist with data entry, file management, and organizing digital assets.
Collaborate with the owner to upload items for sale on 1stdibs.com, requiring familiarity with the platform.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
Strong understanding of basic bookkeeping principles and practices.
Experience light accounting, managing vendor communications, and sending invoices.
Proficiency in using computers and various software applications.
Familiarity with the e-commerce platform 1stdibs.com, including uploading items for sale.
Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with vendors and the owner.
Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Schedule:
Part-time position with flexible hours, based on the needs of the interior design company.
