Coach USA, a leading provider of transportation services and mobility solutions across North America, invites motivated students to join our paid Summer 2026 Internship Program, running from May 20, 2026, through August 7, 2026. This 12-week experience connects classroom learning with real-world business operations through meaningful projects, mentorship, and professional development opportunities in a collaborative environment.
Role Summary The Operations Intern will gain experience in the core business processes that keep a transportation company moving. This includes supporting logistics, safety management, and the execution of new business opportunities in partnership with local teams.
Key Responsibilities \n
\n - Work with local teams on the planning, rollout, and execution of new contracts and opportunities
\n - Support logistics and safety management initiatives across depots
\n - Assist with operational analysis and process improvement projects
\n - Participate in cross-functional discussions to identify efficiency opportunities
\n
\n
Skills/Qualifications \n
\n - Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering or related fields
\n - Strong communication, analytical and organizational skills
\n - Interest in logistics, transportation, and safety management
\n
\n
Compensation $18.00/hr. - $23.00/hr.
