On Call Caregivers for Seniors- Chandler, Gilbert, Queencreek- Arizona
Overview Home Matters Caregiving East Valley is seeking compassionate, reliable On-Call Caregivers to provide exceptional in-home care for seniors in our community. This position is ideal for caregivers with a flexible schedule who can respond to client care needs with just a few hours’ notice.
As an
On-Call Caregiver, you’ll be expected to:
- Respond promptly to last-minute or same-day assignments.
- Travel to clients’ homes in the East Valley within a few hours of being contacted.
- Provide quality care, including assistance with daily activities, personal hygiene, companionship, light housekeeping, and meal preparation.
- Communicate any changes in clients’ health or needs to our care team.
Responsibilities - Assist clients with personal care tasks including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with meal planning and preparation.
- Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities to promote mental well-being.
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients, including light housekeeping duties.
- Support clients with mobility needs.
Experience - Previous experience in home health care in caregiving.
- Experience in cooking and meal preparation tailored to individual dietary needs is beneficial.
- A compassionate demeanor with excellent communication skills is essential for building trust with clients.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 - 40 per week
