Office Manager

Dover, NH

Raiche and Company is seeking an Office Manager, to be based in the Dover, NH office.

Requirements of the Office Manager:

• Office administrative experience, preferably within a CPA, Law or Medical firm
• Strong technical skills in MS Office Suite
• Must be willing to work overtime, as well as half days every other Saturday, during tax season
• Proficient in QuickBooks and/or tax preparation platforms
• Ability to multitask and present themselves in a professional manner
• Bachelor’s degree preferred

• Hourly wage of between $28.00 to $32.00, dependent upon experience

Responsibilities of the Office Manager:

• Providing general administrative functions for the Dover office, to include office supply ordering, assisting with client letters, and internal communication
• Processing tax returns and financial statements for clients
• Electronic filing of tax returns with the IRS and State Tax Agencies
• Oversight of bank deposits and petty cash
• Invoicing and collecting payments from clients and oversight regarding the monthly billing process
• Maintenance of client archives
• Administration of small claims court cases
• Answering phones and dealing with the public daily
• Supervision and review of other Administrative Professionals in the Dover office
