YOUR LIFE AS AN OFFICE ASSISTANT / RECEPTIONIST
This part-time entry-level customer service position with our assisted living office works Monday through Friday, 3:00 pm-7:00 pm and 9:00 am-5:00 pm on Saturday and Sunday.
As a part-time Office Assistant / Receptionist, you play an essential role in providing exceptional customer service to all those who contact or visit us. With a warm and friendly demeanor, you greet each resident and their families at our assisted living facility. You answer the phones as well as take messages or transfer calls to the appropriate personnel. When home health or hospice providers contact us, you relay the correct information or put them in touch with the right staff member. Your hard works keep our facility running strong, and you enjoy serving in such an important position!
