Office Administrator Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team loacal to Cedar Rapids Iowa. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the invoicing process, both issuing and receiving invoices, as well as handling various administrative tasks to support our office operations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Invoicing: Prepare and send invoices to clients, ensure timely payment, and manage records of all transactions. 2. Receiving Invoices: Review and process incoming invoices from vendors, ensure accuracy, and maintain organized records. 3. Email Communication: Draft, send, and manage emails to clients, vendors, and internal staff. Respond to inquiries promptly and professionally. 4. Employee Coordination: Assist in the recruitment process by finding and contacting potential employees, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate records. 5. Administrative Support: Perform general office duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies. Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or related fields are a plus. - Proven experience in an office administrative role, preferably with invoicing responsibilities. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
