ACAS Therapy for Kids is a rapidly expanding pediatric therapy center dedicated to providing comprehensive services in Occupational Therapy (OT), Physical Therapy (PT), Speech Therapy (ST), Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), and feeding programs. We are currently seeking a passionate and skilled Occupational Therapist (OT) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our team in serving the growing community of families in Miami. This position offers the opportunity to work within a supportive, multidisciplinary team environment with full-time and part-time options available.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized therapy sessions to children, focusing on fine motor skills, sensory integration, self-care, and functional play.

  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and a multidisciplinary team to ensure skill generalization and carryover into daily routines.

  • Accurately document progress and communicate effectively with team members and families.

  • Create and maintain a safe, engaging, and child-friendly therapy environment that supports children's growth and development.

Requirements:

  • For OTs: Active Florida license as an Occupational Therapist.

  • For COTAs: Current certification and active Florida license.

  • Strong passion for working with children and families in a pediatric therapy setting.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with families, caregivers, and a multidisciplinary team.
