P osition Summary:
The Registered Nurse Manager (Patient Care Coordinator-PCC) will be responsible for performing expert leadership skills in management of staff and coordination of patient care activities. The professional RN will work collaboratively with all healthcare providers and non-healthcare providers. Will serve as a mentor and role model for all staff and will receive mentoring for the Nursing Director.
