Position Details Our Outsourced Accounting Systems and Services (OASyS) team is seeking an Outsourced Accounting Manager to join our growing team in East Brunswick, NJ; Red Bank, NJ; or Whippany, NJ . This is a hybrid role. You will oversee and collaborate with staff and senior team members to serve a wide range of not-for-profit organizations. Responsibilities Supervise a team Review and approve payments to vendors and contractors Review and approve payroll Manage month-end close processes, including reviewing JEs and reconciliations Prepare monthly financial reports, including financial statements, narratives, and dashboards Assist with grant reporting and submissions Conduct budgeting and cash flow forecasting Collaborate with client leadership Facilitate annual external audits Ensure internal controls and process improvements Candidate Profile Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required CPA preferred; MBA or equivalent desirable 5-7+ years of accounting experience Excellent communication skills Experience with Intacct, QuickBooks, and/or NetSuite Experience with not-for-profit organizations and understanding of nonprofit accounting reporting Community involvement and a desire to give back We are an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
