About This Role
We are seeking a talented and creative team member to join SEIU 775 Leaders in Action Homecare Field Team. The field organizer’s role is to develop the leadership and strength of our homecare membership within their assigned turf. The organizer identifies, recruits, and develops members into participation, activism, and leadership within their Union. Organizers work alongside other organizers within the department and other staff within the organization.
The field organizers are responsible for executing turf events, building the strength of our membership with our New Employee Orientation Program, and engage members in our solidarity campaigns.

Compensation :

This position is full-time, exempt. This position is included in the Bargaining Unit. Pay ranges from $81,141– $96,972 per year. Benefits include vacation, holiday, and sick leave benefits, fully employer paid health, dental, vision, and life insurance, defined benefit pension plan, and optional 401(k), WFH credit, and more.
