About the Opportunity: She Recruits is excited to present a brand-new nocturnist opportunity in Tampa, FL. This role is perfect for physicians who want a focused night shift schedule with no procedures or codes, and support from mid-level providers. You'll be part of a growing, physician-led hospitalist group dedicated to evidence-based care and transforming healthcare delivery in the Tampa Bay area.
Role Highlights: - Schedule: 7 PM - 7 AM, 7 on / 7 off (approx. 183 shifts annually)
- Duties: All admissions and floor call
- Extra shifts available for additional compensation
- Mid-level support for floor call and admissions
- Expected admissions: 8-12 per night

Qualifications: - MD or DO from an accredited program
- U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder
- Open to new graduates
