Job Description

Join a collaborative and research-driven hospital-based neurology team dedicated to excellence in patient care, education, and innovation. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Neuro Intensivist to contribute to a growing academic program while maintaining a manageable work-life balance. Work alongside a dedicated team of specialists in a well-equipped 20-bed Neuro ICU with high-acuity cases.



Highlights:

  • Join a team of 4 Neurocritical Care Physicians, Neuro CC fellows, Neuro residents, and Neuro APP fellows
  • Mentor and teach medical students, residents, and fellows in a dynamic academic setting
  • 20-bed Neuro ICU with a census of approximately 17 patients per day
  • High-acuity cases with a strong focus on quality patient care
  • Around 13 weeks of Neuro ICU coverage per year depending on how much protected time you want
  • Block scheduling
  • 24-hour shifts with call taken from home
  • Residents and fellows provide 1st and 2nd call coverage
