Quantico, VA | Full-Time | $60 HR/DOE | Weekly Pay

Job Description:

Signature Labor Services is looking for a Resident Service Support Specialist is a dedicated, on-site professional, responsible for providing technical assistance, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT systems within a specific location or organization. This rote ensures smooth day-to-day operations by addressing technical issues promptly, supporting end-users, and optimizing system performance. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with strong technical expertise and excellent customer service skills

Responsibilities:

• Proficient in operating systems (e.g., Windows, macOS, Red Hat, Linux)
• Proficient with DWDM Management systems
• Perform testing, provisioning, and integration of new DWDM circuits or devices
• Provide first-line support for hardware, software, and network-related issues
• Conduct training sessions and create user-friendly documentation for common processes
• Perform regular system updates, patches, and backups to ensure system integrity

Requirements:

• U.S. Secret security (Level 1) clearance required or ability to obtain
• CCNA Certification required
• Experience with DWDM Transport networks (high-capacity optical networks that transmit large amounts of data over a single fiber) required
• 3+ years of experience in a technical support or IT system administration role
• Education: Bachelor's degree
• Complete tasks as assigned by the site supervisor
• Perform all tasks in a timely manner under minimal supervision
• Must be able to follow both verbal and written instructions
• Complete all assignments requiring physical activity for a full shift
• Work all hours assigned.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Must have a Valid driver's license and dependable transportation
• Must pass drug screen and all required background checks.
