The Role
We’re hiring a full-time Motion Designer & Social Content Creator who can move fast, think visually, and bring energy to everything they touch. You’ll animate killer video content for social media, campaigns, and short-form storytelling—plus crank out clever memes and GIFs that break through the noise.
What You’ll Do
• Create original motion graphics and animations for video, reels, ads, and more
• Produce rapid-turn memes and GIFs for digital campaigns and cultural moments
• Handle complete video post-production workflow: editing, graphics, color, basic audio
• Work closely with Creative Director to align and deliver on content needs
What You Bring
• 2+ years of motion design or post-production experience
• Pro-level skills in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop
• A reel that shows off your motion, style, and timing
• Mastery of short-form storytelling for platforms like X, Instagram, and YouTube
• Solid instincts for pacing, rhythm, and visual hooks
• A sense of humor and cultural fluency—primarily online
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment with quick turnaround times
• Strong visual storytelling instincts and attention to detail
