Qualifications:
- In-depth knowledge of underwriting processes and mortgage lending standards.
- Proven experience in loan origination and mortgage lending.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to accurately assess and evaluate loan applications.
- Solid understanding of various loan products and financial concepts.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for building strong client relationships.
- High attention to detail and a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage time in a remote environment.
- Must have or be eligible for an MLO State License in Florida and/or Ohio.
