Notary Signing Agent Services is now looking for a Virtual Mobile Notary Signing Agent to work in the U.S. only.
JOB TYPES: Part-time/Full-time
THE DAILY FUNCTIONS:
Accurately notarize I-9 forms, trusts, and other legal documents, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Confirm the identity of all signers through secure platforms, ensuring proper documentation and legal compliance.
Provide clear instructions to clients throughout the notarization process, addressing any questions or concerns related to their legal documents.
Securely manage and return notarized documents to the appropriate parties, maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.
Schedule and conduct virtual or in-person notarization sessions, ensuring timely completion of all required documents.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
MUST be a U.S. citizen. High school diploma or equivalent.
Certified Notary Public, meeting all state or regional requirements, including any necessary bonds or insurance.
Prior experience notarizing I-9 forms, trusts, and other legal documents, with a strong understanding of their legal implications.
High level of accuracy in reviewing and notarizing documents to ensure compliance with legal standards.
Competent in using digital tools and platforms for remote notarization, document management, and secure client interactions.
Ability to handle sensitive personal and legal information with the highest level of discretion and confidentiality.
Ability to manage a flexible schedule and meet client needs promptly, whether in a virtual or mobile capacity.
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Strong Internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace. Video-enabled computer with reliable access to necessary software.
COMPENSATION: Agents typically earn $200 to $500 daily, based on their performance and volume of work.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform remote loan signing appointments with clients. Provide notarial services, including witnessing signatures and administering oaths. Ensure compliance with notarial laws and regulations.
Travel to various locations as needed to meet clients and conduct signings.
MUST be a U.S. citizen. High school diploma or equivalent. Clear a background check.
Possess Notary Public Certification obtained through state-specific education and exams, demonstrating knowledge of notarial laws and regulations.
