Are you looking to start a career in healthcare? Marque Urgent Care in Aliso Viejo is hiring a friendly and dependable Medical Receptionist to join our award-winning team. This part-time position is perfect for someone who is passionate about helping others and excited to grow in a fun, fast-paced, and supportive medical environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Greet and check in patients with a welcoming and professional attitude
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and verify insurance
• Collect co-pays and process payments
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry
• Coordinate patient flow and communicate with the clinical team
• Help ensure the front desk runs smoothly and efficiently
• Provide an excellent first impression and uphold our high standards of patient care

What We’re Looking For:

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy clinic setting
• Comfortable using technology and learning new systems
• Weekend availability is required
• Previous medical office or customer service experience is a plus—but we’re happy to train the right person!
