Job Description

Company Summary

We are a multi-platform Entertainment Group which spans music, film, television, digital media, graphic novels, magazine publishing, concerts, festivals, tours and events. We are also home to a legendary rock magazine which is now being reimagined for the digital age as a streaming platform, print publication and live experience hub. With our disruptive creative spirit and bold visual identity, we create culture-shaping content and iconic IP across every format—forming an integrated creative ecosystem that champions visionary artists, creators, and storytellers across music, screen, stage, and page.

Job Summary

Applicants must have entertainment experience and reside in Nashville TN.

We are seeking a highly organized Media Manager to take ownership of our entire digital media pipeline. You’ll manage the full lifecycle of all creative assets—from ingesting raw footage and audio to organizing project files, implementing storage structures, while maintaining backups and archives. This role is the backbone of our content work flows and post-production. You'll ensure every digital file—whether video, audio, or graphic—is securely stored, properly named, and instantly accessible to teams across music, film, and publishing. A love for file organization, metadata, and version control is essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ingest and organize footage, audio, and design files from various sources.
  • Manage working drives, backup protocols, and archiving systems.
  • Maintain clean, consistent folder structures and naming conventions across projects.
  • Coordinate with editors, producers, and creatives to ensure file accessibility and workflow efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot storage issues and monitor media system health.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience in post-production or digital asset management.
  • Proficient in media workflows, file formats, and metadata tagging.
  • Experience with shared storage systems (e.g., RAID, NAS), backup tools, and archiving solutions.
  • Detail-obsessed with excellent organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, DaVinci Resolve, or other editing software, a plus.
  • Currently resides in the Nashville Tennessee area.
