Salary: $30-$35/hr

Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced ASE-Certified Mechanic to join our maintenance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of company-owned fleet vehicles and equipment, ensuring all work meets the highest standards of safety and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on company fleet vehicles and equipment (light-duty trucks, vans, trailers, etc.)
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues using advanced diagnostic tools
• Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with DOT, OSHA, and company safety standards
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, inspections, and parts inventory
• Work collaboratively with operations and dispatch teams to prioritize repairs and minimize downtime
• Ensure all work meets ASE standards and follows manufacturer guidelines

Qualifications

• Current ASE Certification (Automotive or Medium/Heavy Truck preferred)
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in vehicle diagnostics and repair
• Strong knowledge of brake systems, engines, transmissions, electrical systems, and general mechanical repair
• Valid drivers license (CDL preferred but not required)
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
