Position Summary:
We are seeking a creative, trend-savvy Marketing & Social Media Intern to join our team. This role is perfect for a student with a strong pulse on Gen Z culture, digital trends, and a passion for fashion and branding. The ideal candidate will help grow our TikTok presence, support marketing initiatives, and contribute to the agency's creative vision.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute TikTok content strategies aligned with agency goals and brand voice.
Film, edit, and post original, engaging TikTok videos featuring models, behind-the-scenes content, fashion trends, and castings.
Monitor TikTok trends, hashtags, sounds, and viral content, and identify ways for the agency to participate effectively.
Assist in planning and scheduling content calendars across platforms (TikTok, Instagram, etc.).
Support branding and marketing initiatives, including campaign brainstorming, event promotion, and digital outreach.
Track analytics, report on video performance, and offer insights to refine strategy.
Collaborate with the agency team, models, photographers, and stylists to coordinate and capture content.
Qualifications:
Current student (college/university) in Marketing, Communications, Fashion, or Creative field.
Strong understanding of IG, TikTok, digital marketing, and Gen Z culture.
Experience creating short-form video content (personal or professional).
Passion for fashion, modeling, and social media trends.
Highly creative, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Basic knowledge of editing tools (CapCut, InShot, Premiere Pro, or similar) is an asset.
Previous experience with social media content creation or influencer marketing is a plus.
