College Graduate - Engineering Rotational Program (ERP)
Mercury Systems is seeking a recent college graduate to join our Engineering Rotational Program, a dynamic opportunity to develop cutting-edge technology that supports the American Warfighter. As a Manufacturing ERP Engineer, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to help design and create some of Mercury Systems' most advanced technologies.

Job Responsibilities: \n - Contribute innovative ideas and state of the art thinking to improve business performance
\n - Deliver leading edge, integrated solutions that meet customer needs
\n - Participate in programs, projects, and initiatives aligned with Mercury's culture and strategy
\n - Stay informed on industry trends and ensure Mercury's best practices are met or exceeded
\n - Rotate through multiple technical disciplines to broaden skills and experience

Required Qualifications: \n - Bachelor's or master's degree in industrial engineering or mechanical engineering obtained within the last 12 months
\n - A minimum GPA of 3.1 is required. You will be asked to submit your transcripts during the review process
\n - Prior Co-Op or internship experience
\n - Experience presenting technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
\n - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline driven environment
\n - Demonstrated initiative through academic projects, internships, or process improvements
\n - Ability to quickly learn new tools, technologies, or engineering concepts
