About the Role

The Company is seeking a Valuation & Capital Markets Analytics Managing Director to lead and deliver complex valuation engagements. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the projects, from proposal preparation to completion, and will actively manage business valuation assignments and staff. This role also involves significant business development activities, including building relationships with key executives and contributing to the national business development platform. The Managing Director will ensure the quality and adherence to standards in client project delivery, supervise and train staff, and participate in internal and external client meetings. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's in Business Administration preferred, and at least 10 years' of business valuation experience, particularly in the areas of business valuation and intangible assets. A CPA, CFA, AM, ASA, or other relevant industry credentials are also preferred. The role requires superior communication, analytical, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to manage a team, meet project deadlines, and maintain strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a deadline-driven environment, the capacity to encourage a team environment, and the ability to interact with professionals at all levels. Intermittent travel, both domestic and international, is a necessary part of the role.
