Job Description

Our client is seeking Machine Operators to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the production team supporting high-quality coating processes. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and excellent manual dexterity, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Machine Operator

Location: Clear Lake, WI

Pay Range: $18 - $20/hr

Shift: 3rd Shift

What's the Job?

  • Operate parylene deposition systems to coat customer-supplied parts according to specifications.
  • Perform light maintenance and refurbishing on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Monitor process equipment during runs and verify coating thickness using measurement tools.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to equipment and processes.
  • Assemble fixtures and prepare parts for the coating process.

What's Needed?

  • High school diploma or GED; proven mechanical ability or previous machine operator experience.
  • Ability to read and follow written or verbal instructions accurately.
  • Strong manual dexterity and hand-to-eye coordination.
  • Familiarity with electrical and mechanical systems is a plus.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of measurement tools used in the coating process.
