Job Description

Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting the manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Machine Operator

Location: Alexandria, MN

Pay Range: $19/hour

Shift: 11pm - 7am (S-TH)

What's the Job?

• Operate metal stamping and plastic nail inserting machinery.
• Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met.
• Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
• Document production data accurately and timely.

What's Needed?

• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
• Ability to work night shifts from 11pm to 7am.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
• Good communication skills and teamwork orientation.
