We’re hiring a part-time Real Estate Photographer to join a growing real estate media business serving Atascadero and nearby communities.

No photography experience is needed. This role is ideal for someone who is dependable, client-focused, and enjoys working independently in the field. If you’re observant, professional, and eager to learn, we’ll train you from the ground up and provide all the equipment you need.

This is a people-facing role where you’ll visit homes, interact with real estate agents and homeowners, and represent our brand with confidence and professionalism.

What You’ll Do

• Travel locally to residential properties for scheduled photo appointments
• Capture interior and exterior real estate photos using a simple shot list
• Interact professionally with homeowners, agents, and clients
• Upload media after each shoot, no editing required
• Learn photography, video, and drone skills over time
• Help cover a wider service area as the business grows

Schedule and Time Commitment

• Approximately 5-15 hours per week
• Flexible part-time schedule
• Availability required Monday through Saturday, 9am to 5pm
• Comfortable driving up to 1 to 1.5 hours for scheduled shoots
• Mileage reimbursement provided
• Paid hourly for one-way travel, prorated as applicable

Pay and Growth

• Paid training at $20 per hour
• Standard shoots at $25 per hour
• $30 per hour once drone certified
• Clear path into drone and video work
• Ongoing mentorship and skill development

Photography or media experience is not required . Drone experience is a plus, but we provide guidance and support to get certified quickly.
