Now Hiring: Full-Time Security Officer – $16.25/HR – Leawood, KS Join our team as a Full-Time Security Officer in Leawood, KS , working daytime shifts Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM . Position Highlights: Pay: $16.25 per hour Schedule: Various shifts between 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Monday through Friday Location: Leawood, KS Full-time with weekends off Opportunities for raises at 90 days, 120 days, and at your 1-year anniversary Professional, reliable candidates encouraged to apply Responsibilities: Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem solving manner Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site. Welcome employees, visitors, and guests to campus Effectively utilize the Visitor Management System (VMS) to ensure a smooth check-in process Provides excellent customer service, actively engage with each individual Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
