Key Responsibilities, including but not limited to:

Email Management

• Review and manage incoming emails throughout the day.​
• Provide end-of-day summaries highlighting pertinent items for Managing Partner.

Litigation & Administrative Support

• Coordinate with courts for filings and scheduling
• Prepare and organize legal documents and binders.​
• Manage calendars and schedule appointments.​
• Draft legal documents, including orders, motions, and interrogatories.​
• Assist with arbitrations

Additional Responsibilities

• File documents in the case management system (state and federal)
• Proactively communicate regarding deadlines and missing information to ensure smooth operations.​
