We are looking to hire a Litigation Attorney with five plus years of relevant experience. Attorneys who are successful at Fraser Stryker embrace diverse perspectives, value teamwork, and deliver exceptional client service.

Your Role

  • Legal Advice: Lead and manage complex litigation cases, including strategy, discovery, depositions, trial preparations, court proceedings, mediations, and arbitrations
  • Strategic: Provide strategic counsel and advice to clients on litigation risks and opportunities
  • Collaboration: Interact directly with clients, opposing counsel, and other interested parties to achieve the most favorable outcome for our clients
  • Compliance: Advise clients on regulatory and compliance matters related to ongoing litigation
  • Relationship Management: Build and manage client relationships to build trust, strengthen relationships and promote business development

Your Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: Five or more years of relevant litigation experience
  • Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of managing and resolving insurance defense and complex litigation cases from inception through trial or settlement
    • Licensed: Be currently licensed or be eligible to become licensed to practice law in the state of Nebraska
    • Client-Centric: Targeted focus on client service and responsiveness
    • Productive: Produce high quality, efficient work product, with attention to detail and accuracy
    • Articulate: Communicate complex concepts concisely and effectively
    • Flexible: Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
    • Autonomy: Take ownership of independent work and can handle appropriate cases with minimal oversight
    • Driven: Show initiative and seek responsibility
