Siegfried Rivera has an opening for a Litigation Associate with 1-5’ years of experience, in commercial litigation, construction litigation or community association law. The ideal candidate will have strong research and writing skills, and be able to handle complex litigation cases with senior partner support (attend hearings, depositions, mediations, and manage cases). This role offers hybrid or remote work options after the initial training period, competitive compensation with an annual bonus potential and a comprehensive benefits package. In addition, you shall receive 10% of the receipts on clients you originate. Responsibilities:

• Review, draft, and analyze case law and pleadings.
• Attend hearings, depositions, and mediations in state court.
• Review, draft, and analyze community association documents and construction agreements.
• Manage cases, build trusting relationships with clients, and meet client expectations effectively.
• Strong research and writing skills is a must.

Qualifications:

• Admission to the Florida Bar.
• 1-5’ years of experience in commercial litigation, community association law or construction litigation.
• Understanding of both transactional and litigation strategy from presuit to trial outcome.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Strong team player.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 products.
