Job Description

*Job Overview*
We are seeking a highly skilled and licensed Master Plumber to lead plumbing projects, ensure compliance with safety standards, and deliver exceptional service across commercial and residential construction sites. As a Licensed Master Plumber, you will oversee plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance, utilizing your extensive mechanical knowledge and technical expertise to drive project success. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse construction projects, from remodeling to new builds, while demonstrating your mastery of plumbing systems and related trades.

*Duties*

* Lead and execute plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance on construction sites, ensuring adherence to blueprints, schematics, and building codes
* Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints to accurately install piping systems and fixtures
* Supervise and coordinate with team members on heavy lifting, pipe threading, welding, and assembly tasks using hand tools and power tools
* Conduct construction estimating for plumbing components, materials procurement, and project timelines to optimize efficiency
* Perform field service tasks including troubleshooting mechanical issues related to HVAC systems, pipe leaks, or drainage problems
* Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and industry standards while maintaining a clean and organized work environment
* Mentor apprentices or junior team members in proper plumbing techniques and safety procedures

*Requirements*

* Valid Master Plumber license with relevant state certification
* Extensive experience in construction plumbing within commercial or residential projects
* Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams
* Strong mechanical knowledge of piping systems, HVAC integration, and pipe threading techniques
* Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and heavy lifting techniques
* Ability to perform basic math calculations for measurements, material estimates, and project planning
* Experience with remodeling projects, maintenance work, or maintenance person tasks is a plus
* Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record for commercial driving responsibilities
* Physical ability to perform demanding tasks including heavy lifting and working at heights or confined spaces
