This mid-level Legal Assistant role offers the chance to work directly with the General Counsel, a highly respected leader in the energy sector. You’ll gain hands-on experience across legal, regulatory, and transactional matters while being mentored by someone known for both industry expertise and empowering team development.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-level support to the General Counsel and legal team
• Manage execution, tracking, and delivery of contracts, NDAs, board materials, and lender agreements
• Act as a liaison between internal teams and external legal counsel
• Collaborate with Finance and Development teams on key legal documentation and project milestones
• Coordinate corporate filings, regulatory submissions, and compliance tracking
• Maintain and organize legal records and due diligence materials
• Help improve legal workflows and templates as the company scales

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a legal assistant, legal operations specialist, or paralegal
• Experienced working in one of the following sectors: Renewable energy, Construction, Oil and gas or Project development
• Strong document management, contract coordination, and compliance tracking skills
• Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail
• Proven ability to handle confidential matters with professionalism
• Eagerness to learn and grow under the mentorship of a senior legal executive
