Compensation:

Starting at $25/hr

Duties:

Support the Foreman in organizing and managing daily job site activities.
Lead by example and motivate crew members to maintain high standards of work.
Assist with training new team members and monitoring crew performance.
Read and follow project plans, specifications, and safety procedures.
Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools, equipment, and materials.
Monitor work quality and help resolve on-site issues or delays.
Communicate effectively with the Foreman and team regarding progress and challenges.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.Step into Foreman duties when the Foreman is absent or unavailable.

Skills:

3+ years of roofing experience (shingle, metal, flat, or other systems).
Proven leadership abilities and good communication skills.
Strong knowledge of roofing tools, materials, and safety practices.
Comfortable working at heights and in varying weather conditions.
Working at Heights and Fall Arrest certification (or willing to obtain).
Valid driver’s license an asset.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
