Are you a highly motivated and results-driven individual with a knack for identifying new business opportunities? We're looking for a talented Lead Generator to join our Fond du lac client’s growing team and play a crucial role in their sales success.
Position – Lead Generator
Job Location – Fond du Lac, WI
Starting Date – ASAP
Employment Term – Temp to hire
Employment Type – Full or Part time openings available
Work Hours (Shift) – 1st shift
Starting Pay – $16/hr
Required Experience – Prior sales experience
In this role, you will be responsible for researching, identifying, and qualifying potential leads. You'll use a variety of tools and strategies to build a pipeline of prospects for the sales team, helping to drive growth.
Responsibilities
·Conduct research to find new leads and identify potential markets.
·Use various lead generation tools and platforms to gather contact information.
·Qualify leads to ensure they align with our target customer profile.
·Maintain and update our customer relationship management (CRM) system with accurate information.
·Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective lead-generation strategies.
·Track and report on lead generation activities and results.
Qualifications
·Proven experience in a lead generation or similar sales role.
·Excellent research and communication skills.
·Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
·A self-starter who is motivated by achieving goals.
