Job Title: Knits Designer (MUST have experience with knitwear/sweaters)

Reports to: Director of Design

Position Overview:

This role involves contributing to the design and development of products that align with the brands vision and support its growing business. The position requires creativity, design expertise, and collaboration across various teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leadership and creative teams to develop seasonal product concepts.
• Research trends and materials to inform design direction.
• Create sketches and digital designs to support product ideas.
• Prepare visual presentations to communicate design themes.
• Maintain product documentation and ensure information flow among teams.
• Manage product development processes from initial concept through production handoff.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to meet project timelines.
• Participate in meetings related to product milestones and development stages.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive product execution.
• Provide input on product fit and aesthetics during review sessions.
• Ensure quality standards are met across products and samples.
• Adhere to project schedules to keep development on track.
• Manage special product requests and maintain clear communication throughout the process.
