This role has a schedule of 3:00 PM 8:00 PM four weekdays per week, plus one weekend day. The family values flexibility and is seeking someone dependable and eager to support their dynamic home.

They have four happy, smart, and curious children: a 4-year-old girl, a 3-year-old boy, a 1-year-old girl, and a 4-month-old boy. The older children have established school and nap routines, and the infant is currently cared for by the mother, with plans to gradually transition his care to the nanny around six months of age. Both parents are highly involveddad works from home, and mom is a stay-at-home parentso the nanny will rarely be responsible for all four children at once.

The ideal candidate is intelligent, energetic, patient, and adaptable to the needs of a growing family. The position is located in a safe, upscale country club community with nearby parks, making it perfect for outdoor activities. A "can-do" attitude, a proactive mindset, and experience managing multiple young children are highly valued.

The family requires standard vaccinations (MMR and Tdap) and prefers COVID and flu vaccines. They would appreciate someone open to occasional travel (e.g., a week for vacation a few times per year), though this is negotiable.
