Our client, a (media and entertainment industry), is looking to hire a ( Jira Administrator ) in ( Orlando FL ).

Monday - Friday (Hybrid, 2 days onsite in a week, also negotiable)
12-month contract

The JIRA Project Manager will be responsible for managing, configuring, and supporting the JIRA platform. This role requires a strong hands-on experience of JIRA and Agile methodologies to ensure the system meets the needs of our teams and projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Govern and configure JIRA projects, workflows, and custom fields to support project requirements.
- Provide user support and training for JIRA users, including troubleshooting issues and capturing and updating user guides.
- Collaborate with project managers and teams to gather requirements and enhance JIRA functionality
- Develop and maintain documentation for JIRA processes, workflows, and user guides.
- Monitor JIRA usage and generate reports to provide insights into project progress, team performance, and usage governance.
- Stay up to date with JIRA updates and new features to continually improve the platform. .

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a JIRA Administrator and extensive usage as a Project Manager using JIRA or similar role.
- Able to compose JQL queries to pull data from multiple JIRA projects.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and project management principles.
- Proficient in JIRA software, including configuration and administration on Server and Cloud versions.
- Proficient in Confluence software, including site and page administration, user group access control.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with JIRA plugins and integrations.
