Qualifications In order to fulfill the job functions listed below an individual must meet the following minimum qualifications. Communicate effectively in person, on the telephone, and in writing. Possess a High School diploma or equivalent. Operate small equipment, such as floor polishers and lawn mowers. Operate hand tools and power tools, such as drills, circular saws, and grinders. One-year prior experience, or training, in janitorial services or building and grounds maintenance. Must receive a score of at least 70% on a skills test given by the DMSS to verify that the minimum requirement is met. Possess current, valid chauffeur's license, CDL or a Wisconsin Class D license.
Requirements Comply with all Facility policies and procedures. Comply with all policies and procedures as may be established by your Director. Comply with all safety, universal precaution's and infection control policies and procedures. Respect resident rights. Present a friendly, calm, cooperative, positive manner. Fill in for janitor call-ins. This position has various shifts and various hours. After training, fill in as needed in Supply Department.
