IT Help Desk Support – Entry Level

Location: Farmingdale, Long Island, NY (Corporate Office)
Schedule: Monday–Wednesday & Friday–Saturday, 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM

We are seeking an IT Help Desk Support Specialist to join our technology team at our corporate headquarters. This entry-level opportunity is ideal for someone looking to build a career in IT while working in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for internal employees seeking technical assistance by phone, email, chat, or in person.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hardware, software, networks, and other IT systems.
• Partner with system administrators, network engineers, and development staff to escalate and resolve more complex technical problems.
• Support daily system operations, including reporting, backups, and hardware setup.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide clear explanations to non-technical users.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Enthusiasm for learning emerging technologies and software applications.
