Job Title: Inventory Clerk
Duration: 3 Months Contract (Possibility of Extension)
Location: Buffalo, NY
Pay: $20/hr on W2 without any benefits/holiday/vacation
Scheduled Days and Shift Time: Monday to Friday | 8:30am to 5:00pm
Description:
1. Maintain inventory accuracy by products, counting randomly on a daily basis
2. Checks all warehouse mark outs on a daily basis
3. Checks products for buyers and salespersons as requested; handles customer complaints
4. Handles procedure for discontinued products
5. Checks for shortages and overages on receiving; checks on driver shortages
6. Insures that products are in proper home slot; finds misplaced products
7. Handles inventory changes for the computer
8. Performs daily freshness counts
9. Handles daily product damage invoicing function
10. Other duties may be assigned.

To perform at a proficient level and be fully qualified, a person would be expected to have:
Experience and Education Required:
1. Education (Minimum Needed): High School Diploma or GED
2. Experience (Minimum Needed): One to Three Months
3. Specialized Knowledge Needed For Performance of Job: Mathematical skills, Reasoning Ability
4. Good Analytical skills, good communication skills
